CLOT’s co-founder and multi-hyphenate entrepreneur Kevin Poon’s coffee establishment Elephant Grounds has been making its mark in Hong Kong’s F&B scene in a big and bold way. The café/restaurant concept recently debuted a new 1,120-square-foot flagship space in Hong Kong’s trendy Star Street Precinct, solidifying its mark as a hotspot for locals. Designed by JJA / Bespoke Architecture, the site features a warm, timber-heavy design that offers a much-needed dose of nature in a particularly congested area of the city. The space opens up with an abundance of natural daylight through large mechanical glass and metal windows throughout the majority of the facade, elevating its role as a hub for socialization. The space is completed with a large moss garden installation by Quest Terrarium and impeccable carpentry courtesy of Start From Zero. Check out its interior above, and make sure to pay Elephant Grounds a visit if you’re in town.
